South Worcestershire GP Services are provided by SW Healthcare Ltd, a federation representing 32 GP practices in South Worcestershire. We plan to improve how GP appointments are booked and managed so that we can support your healthcare needs quickly and at a suitable time for you.

We will be providing additional telephone, face-to-face and Skype appointments with clinicians at GP practices and in pharmacies across South Worcestershire.

Now when you call a connected practice you will continue to be able to book routine appointments as you normally would, but you may also be given the option to speak to a healthcare professional today and receive advice via telephone or Skype or make a pharmacy minor ailment appointment.

Our team is committed to providing easier access to GP services and we have secured funding from the Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund to support our work. We are confident that these changes will mean less waiting for appointments and a more convenient service for you.
